Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you visit aitoken.global, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, email hello@aitoken.global and we will explain it properly.
Who we are
This site is operated by AI Token King, [REGISTERED LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. You can reach us at hello@aitoken.global about anything in this policy, including any request to see, correct or delete your data.
What we collect, and when
Analytics — only if you agree. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare's analytics to understand which pages people read and where they arrive from. These are switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics data about your visit is collected. If you accept, we receive the pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. We do not receive your name or your exact location.
Your email address, if you subscribe. If you sign up to be notified about new posts, we store your email address and which language version of the site you subscribed from. That is all. We use MailerLite to manage this and to send the emails. You will be asked to confirm your address before anything is sent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
What you tell us, if you contact us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the company you gave, and your message. We use Formspree to deliver that to us and ImprovMX to route mail sent to our address. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, run advertising cookies, or build profiles of individual visitors. There is no advertising on this site.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages: two years from your last message to us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off.
Subscriber email addresses: until you unsubscribe, after which we delete your address rather than keeping it on a suppression list — unless you ask us to keep it so we do not accidentally re-add you.
Analytics: retained by Google and Cloudflare according to their own default periods. We do not keep a separate copy.
Who processes data on our behalf
Google (analytics), Cloudflare (analytics and content delivery), MailerLite (subscriber list and email delivery), Formspree (contact form delivery), ImprovMX (email forwarding), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Sanity (our content system, which holds no visitor data). These providers operate internationally, which means your data may be processed outside the country you are in.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time by clearing this site's cookies, which resets the banner.
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@aitoken.global. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is written for developers and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and you are subscribed to us, we will tell you by email rather than quietly editing the page.
